Carton packaging quality standard

1. 2. The printing pattern, text of the box should be clear and correct, the same depth placed accurately, there should be no off ink phenomenon, error-free printing, bar code must be identifiable.

3. The creasing line width of the box shall not be greater than 12mm, the folding line should be on the center, there should be no extra rupture, double line, break line which affect sensory.

4. There should be non-overlapping angle, the box cover relative displacement must not exceed 5mm, after forming the stack angle holes diameter should be no more than 5mm, stapling lap tongue width of 35mm-50mm.

5. The corn starch glue coating should be evenly, fully, without overflow. The adhesive must be neat, solid, two connectors are properly aligned up and down around, the dislocation is not greater than 2mm.

6. There should be no crimping, the collapse angle, drum box deformation in 2 minutes during the carton packaging pressure test.

7. Carton packaging with handle holes, two handle holes must be the overall center, hole width: 5mm-7mm hole high inner diameter between 18mm-20mm two hole distance: 102mm-104mm, the two holes is not allowed to print pattern and fonts.

8. Carton packaging with ventilation holes, the hole diameter of 15mm, this hole is not allowed to print any patterns and fonts.

9. The carton packaging must be glued, tissue paper and inside paper does not allow water absorption phenomenon.
