The function classification and material of packaging box

Packaging box means the box used for packaging products, it can be classified according to materials: wooden boxes, carton boxes, cloth boxes, leather boxes, tin, acrylic boxes, corrugated packaging boxes etc.. The packaging boxes can also be classified according to its usage: gift boxes, wine boxes, chocolate boxes, pencil cases, food packaging boxes, tea box and so on. Now it evolved into the wood, paper and other materials mixed together for the product packaging.

The main function of the packaging box is to ensure the safety of products in transit, and improve product quality. Packaging materials: the Netherlands board, gray board, MDF, acrylic, metal, corrugated, etc.. The packaging box is an important part of the product packaging, it is not only protected during transport, also directly related to the comprehensive quality of the product.

The commonly used packaging materials are listed as follows:

White paper class - plain white paper, copy paper, crepe paper;

Bubble paper / Poly wool / sponge / EPE;

Carton class - white box, brown box, color box.

The packaging box is often used for inner packaging, generally have the following forms:

Color box: it can be divided into corrugated and non-corrugated color box;

Ordinary brown corrugated box: the commonly used three-layer corrugated boxes and five-layer corrugated boxes, product packaging generally use tape sealing;

White box: It can be divided into corrugated box(3 or 5 layers) and non-corrugated boxes, it generally use tape sealing in product packaging;

Display Box: it main has color display box, display box with PVC cover, with the packaging the product can be seen in the box directly;

Gift boxes: used for jewelry, stationery, product packaging, etc..
