The paperboard is light and has abundant raw material. The carton packaging is widely and massively used packaging containers in paperboard packaging containers.It can be divided into two categories: glued cartons and folding cartons. Color is one of the important factors of the packaging design, it is depends on the graphics, text, structure, plays an important role on packaging design. Food carton packaging: The color is distinctive and light. Medicine carton packaging: It used pure cold and warm of color. Such as green and cold gray means quiet, inflammation, relieve pain, etc.; red, orange, yellow and other warm color means nourishing, nutrition, excitement; black means toxic; red and black color mean highly toxic;

Textiles carton packaging: it commonly use black, white, gray color to reconcile and contrast; female textile use of bright, elegant colors.

The color of packaging is based on people's associations and habits of color with a high degree of exaggeration and change in order to make the packaging new and different. The psychological effects of color is complex, and often differ with the different national, regional, ethnic, religious belief.
